The Sunday dinners, that she prepared with her mother and sisters, were greatly anticipated and enjoyed by her family for many years. She loved having the whole family gather together and carefully kept the family scrapbooks and history. She was an avid reader and frequent visitor to the Rayne Library.
Mrs. Johnson was a member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas and the League of the Sacred Heart.
