Venues etc:
Deboriah's utilizes other venues to sell our products.  Included at this time are Ebay, Etsy, and Square Market.  Sometimes when you click on a link or a picture it may take you to one of those sites to pay. Square Market is not dependent on paypal so any sales going through it will be using the Square Up processing. I do still use Paypal for some sales and for some invoicing however.
 (We will always work with you to the best of our ability even making payment arrangements if needed! )

Shipping policy 

(There are times when it is appropriate to contact me before you purchase for best shipping prices, updated shipping preferences, insurance needs, and or combined shipping.  I can and will work with my customers in any way I can to acheive satisfaction on their behalf.  If you are outside of the USA and would like to purchase something from me please feel free to contact me via email. You can find our contact info by clicking on the Contact Us button above. )

We strive to ship all packages within 2 business days using various shipping methods but mostly USPS priority mail. If you have any preference I will work with you any way I can. If you are in a hurry please make sure I know that by adding a note when you purchase. Our normal shipping methods are shown below and can be upgraded if you want your items faster. 

Media Mail: Books, or any type of media will be mailed via Media mail. This can take a bit longer than other methods so please be patient. (Allow at least 2 weeks for delivery)

First Class: Most times small items such as jewelry will be shipped first class and also some small clothing items. Insurance can not be added to
                      First class shipments so please let me know if you would like your item insured and we will upgrade your shipping preferences and 
                      send you an updated invoice reflecting the appropriate fees.  

Priority Mail: This will be used on items that will fit in the boxes that they supply.

Parcel Select: This will be used on larger items as long as it is available.

Priority mail flat rate shipping will be used whenever and where ever it will help reduce the cost of shipping for the buyer. If you are purchasing multiple items I can and will combine shipping to reduce shipping costs. Please contact me if this is your plan so I can be sure and send you an updated invoice before you pay.

If you require overnight shipping please contact us prior to purchasing.

Customer Shipping Preferences:
Any item can be shipped by your preferred method if you will contact me before paying for your desired purchase so that I can update your invoice to reflect the proper cost. Please see below for details on insurance. You will be emailed a tracking number if applicable.

Shipping Time & Insurance:
Depending on your location it may take 3-10 business days (sometimes more, especially in the case of books), to receive the item(s). WE CAN NOT CONTROL TRANSIT TIMES after the item has been mailed.
Please note that insurance has been included in the price of  items that are very expensive and or fragile. Please let me know if you want insurance on an item you think might not be insured. It never hurts to ask just in case! Thank you for your business.

Privacy Policy:
We are committed to protection your privacy. We use your personal information only to process your order and to provide a personalized shipping experience for you. We do not sell or provide your name, address, or e-mail to other companies or persons. In addition, we do not collect any financial information from you. 
When you pay through PayPal, we do not see your credit card information. All of your personal information is secured using encryption and securtiy technology known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which is among the best available software for secure e-commerce transactions. SSL Encrypts all of your personal information so that the information cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Here is more information about PayPal's internet security.

  • We want you to be happy with all your purchases. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 3 days after receipt of your merchandise. Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Accidental misrepresentation of any item is the main basis for returns. Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing. If it is decided that you will receive a refund we will send you complete instructions on how to return the merchandise and receive a full refund. We will ask you for the reason you want to return the item in order to better serve our customers in the future.
  • Please note: Shipping costs can not be refunded. Shipping charge will be deducted from the total amount before refund on all returns unless we made an error in your order then we will cover shipping and refund your entire payment. Item must be returned in the condition in which it was shipped to you with all of the original packaging and if it is a new item it must be unopened. Delivery tracking and insurance if the item is fragile must also be included.  No returns will be accepted for damaged or altered items. 

  • Almost all of our items are pre-owned, some may have been worn and a lot of them are vintage, we cannot guarantee that they are smoke or odor free, or that they come from a pet free home. We strive to describe any flaws we see and clean things that we can clean as well as possible. Some jewelry items may have some tarnish on them.  Items that could use more cleaning are usually described as such.

Other Info:
Most payment services require that shipments be sent to a confirmed address. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their shipping address is updated and correct before placing an order. We will gladly agree to ship to another address on a case by case basis, especially if you are purchasing a gift for someone else. PayPal offers the option to add numerous addresses into your account and you would only have to choose that address when completing your transaction on the PayPal website.

If you would like to purchase using a United States Postal Money Order, please email us so that we can reserve the item you're interested in. Payment must be received within 7 days. Please be sure to write legibly so that I can address your package correctly.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payment can be made via Square Up, Paypal or United States Postal Money Order. A Paypal account is not required for Paypal Payments.
Most of my items are processed through a site that automatically takes you through the check out process. Square Market is one of my main venues now and it is all processed through the Square Up system. Here is their website so you can see what I am talking about. Square Up
I can also use Square Up to send invoices and such and whenever possible I will use them instead of Paypal.

(Payment may also be paid in person if you are local and would like to pick your item up. )

We do not accept Personal or other Checks. Please send a Money Order only if using this payment option.
